Thirty days written notice for any rate change.

Rolling, transparent.
Disclosed in your individual agreement. Released 90 to 180 days post-transaction by tier.
vCHARGEBACKS
Liability sits with the acquirer.
Sustained high chargeback rates trigger an account review.
viTERMINATION
Either side, in writing.
